Experience

April 2014 - Present. Yoga Instructor. Yoga by Iris. Dallas, TX. Lead one-on-one classes in home studio, incorporating a variety of yoga styles, cardio, and hand weights. Develop and teach custom yoga and yoga-fitness hybrid sequences upon request, including warm ups for golf, tennis, and basketball.

 

May 2018 - June 2019. Yoga Instructor. Torch Fitness and Nutrition. Dallas, TX. Led private group yoga classes for residents of luxury multi-family complexes for nationwide corporate wellness program. Classes included pranayama, meditation, and custom-designed yoga flows, including Vinyasa, Hatha, gentle, and Yin. 

 

April 2018 - June 2018. Yoga Instructor/Group Exercise Instructor. Yoga Pod. Dallas, TX. Led group yoga, fitness, Barre and meditation classes in yoga studio. Taught 60-minute and 75-minute Vinyasa flow group classes. Designed and implemented Meditation class, which included pranayama, gentle yoga, and guided meditation. Led group fitness classes combining yoga, cardio, HIIT, circuits, and strength with hand weights. Choreographed and taught Barre Above certified Barre classes.
