Stop what you are doing NOW. Have a seat or stand in place. Be still.
Close your eyes.
Relax the body, starting from the crown of the head to your toes.
Breathe. Take slow, deep inhalations and exhalations of the same duration.
Repeat 3 and 4 until you feel ready to tackle the next task with confidence.
